Issued 15th October 2002. (This date was postponed, although stocks were distributed to retail outlets on this date. The Philatelic Bureau issue date was 21st January 2003.
Printed by Enschede in photogravure on non-fluorescent coated paper (NFCP) with PVA (bluish) gum. There is one central 4.5mm phosphor band with dull blue fluorescence.
This example comes from a 500 stamp reel costing £95.00 (in January 2003).
The Philatelic Bureau stock number is DC907 for a coil strip (DC105 for the complete roll of 500).

Sometimes particular stamps, Smilers sheets, booklets, miniature sheets, or cylinder blocks are not recognized anywhere. Hence, in this case, we would use our own expertise to describe and value that particular item.
In conclusion, all of our stamps are unmounted mint and in an excellent condition. We will mention any variation to this statement.
