Printed by Harrison & Sons Limited in Photogravure on Fluorescent Coated Paper (FCP). The gum is PolyVinyl Alcohol Dextrin (PVAD).
Issued 4th September 1984. Two phosphor bands.
There are several sources for this 17p issue, but this particular example is found on Prestige Pane UEP19. The U248 is found 0n the third pane of the “Christian Heritage” Prestige Booklet DX5.
