Machin U193 Single 10p FCP PVAD 1984 Type II Scarce
Orange-brown.
Printed by Harrison & Sons Limited in Photogravure on Fluorescent Coated Paper (FCP). The gum is PolyVinyl Alcohol Dextrin (PVAD).
Issued 4th September 1984. Two phosphor bands.
The only source of this scarce Type II 10p issue is from Prestige Pane UEP19. The U193 is found 0n the third pane of the “Christian Heritage” Prestige Booklet DX5 (only one stamp per pane!). The so called ‘Oval Zero’ stamp refers to the value having a narrow ‘0’ and thinned at the top and bottom.
