Printed by Harrison and Sons Limited (printers of British stamps since 1911).
Issued 26th February 1976 on Fluorescent Coated Paper (FCP). There is also Polyvinyl Alcohol with added Dextrin (PVAD) gum.
There are two 9.5mm phosphor bands.
Cylinder number 4 No Dot Phosphor 17 in a block of eight (4 x 2).
