Printed in photogravure by De La Rue. The paper is Non-fluorescent Coated (NFCP). There is also self-adhesive gum.
Issued 2nd November 2010.
The 2nd Class stamp depicted “Wallace and Gromit Carol Singing”.
There are also two phosphor bands with blue fluor.

Christmas 2010 2nd Large Date Block
The Christmas theme this year was the award winning characters, Wallace and Gromit. These were created by Nick Park working with Aardman Animations. For those wishing to use stamps with a religious theme, the “Madonna and Child” issue of 2007 was again made available from existing stock. Consequently there were also new printings where required. These stamps were designed by Andrew Ross (also responsible for the 2007 “Sea Life” and 2008 “Insects” issues).
All denominations of this issue were printed in sheets of 50 stamps (two panes of 25 divided with a horizontal gutter margin), and the surplus backing paper was removed before issue.

Hence, in this case, we would use our own expertise to describe and value that item.
