Printed by Harrison & Sons from chemically etched cylinders on Fluorescent Coated Paper (FCP) with PVA gum.
Ultramarine, issued 23rd January 1974.
One 4 mm centre band.
Ex cylinder number 8 Dot, Phosphor 8.
Specialised Vol 4 Part 2 catalogue number XS35. The Concise number for normal stamp is S16.
This example is printed on ribbed paper – rare!
