Scarlet, issued 20th October 1976.
Printed by Harrison & Sons from chemically etched cylinders.
The paper is Fluorescent Coated Paper (FCP).
Also with Polyvinyl Alcohol with added Dextrin gum (PVAD).
Two 9.5mm phosphor bands.
Cylinder block of eight. Ink cylinder number is 1 dot, and phosphor cylinder number is 17.
Also contains XW42c at 20/1 and, as a result, two of the dragon’s wing tips are missing.
Perforation type RE.
