Printed by Jo. Enschede and issued on 21st September 2006. Commemorates the 150th Anniversary of the Victoria Cross.
Printed in photogravure on non-fluorescent coated paper (NFCP) with PVA gum.
There are two 9mm phosphor bands with blue fluorescence (very dull).
Specialised catalogue number UEP46. Contains: 4 x 50p number U438, and also 4 x 1st class UEB6.
Concise (2017) catalogue number 2651a valued at £14.00. Contains 4 x 50p Y1726, and 4 x 1st class 2651.
Unmounted mint and in pristine condition.
