Printed by De La Rue on Fluorescent Coated Paper (FCP).
The gum is Polyvinyl Alcohol Dextrin (PVAD). The perforation being type RE.
Issued 25th February 1976. Withdrawn December 1978 – comparatively short lived!
The number of the Cylinder is 1 Dot Phosphor P21. (This is in a block of eight).
There are also two 9.5mm phosphor bands.
Gibbon’s GB Specialised Catalogue Volume 4, Part 1 number is U196.
The Stanley Gibbon’s Concise catalogue number is X890.
